Hello! my original blog is livbythesun.tumblr.com, so I am probably following you on there;)
I decided to make this blog because I'm on a mission to transform my body into a healthy, sexy, strong version of me! I'm a believer in healthy weight loss and maintenance. Discovering wholesome and natural healthy recipes and nifty ingredients that benefit my body is one of my favorite things:) getting strong is something that I am extremely determined to do and believe that with your help and inspiration, I am 100% capable of as well as anyone else!

I agree with this 100%. Processed junk food will not make you feel good, but raw vegetables and other natural foods will! :)

Super Eight-Step Salad Wraps
Salad wraps are the absolute best, they’re super filling and insanely delicious and will actually make your future children look dapper in a tuxedo. The point is, I had one for breakfast AND lunch today, and that means you’re already two salad wraps behind me. So get eating this nonsense, I even broke it up into steps for you:
1: Get one Low-in-Carb wrap like these or these or these. Sixty calories and a whole bunch of protein and fiber? Check this box for heck yes.
2. Spread some hummus on that, a tablespoon or so.
3. Take some lettuce, throw it on there down the middle. I like baby greens, but you know, whatever.
4. Add a whole bunch of vegetables. I like to add slivered carrots, tomatoes, corn, peas, whatever. Add whatever you want.
5. Slivered almonds make it rain.
6. Roll it up.
7. Eat
8. Make another one.
Note: I shamelessly plagiarized the pic used in this post from google. I tried to take a picture of these for weeks so I could post them, but I always had eaten it by the time the camera flashed. So, stock photo it is.
